At Ree & Jo's Creations, we take pride in offering thoughtfully designed, high-quality jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Policy

All sales at Ree & Jo's Creations are final. Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We do not offer refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at reeandjocreations@gmail.com with photos of the item, and we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for supporting handcrafted jewelry.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings
  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Permanent jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.

If you need a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Natural Materials

Many of our handcrafted pieces feature genuine freshwater pearls and natural gemstones. Variations in color, shape, size, and texture are natural characteristics of these materials and make every piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Care & Warranty

Our stainless steel jewelry with 18K PVD plating is designed to be durable, water-resistant, and tarnish-resistant. However, normal wear, accidental damage, improper storage, exposure to harsh chemicals, or misuse are not covered under this policy.

To help preserve your jewelry:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to perfumes, bleach, chlorine, and harsh chemicals.
  • Store jewelry separately in a dry place.
  • Wipe clean with a soft cloth after wear.
